I inspected Lisa's comm center basket yesterday & found 2 to 3 blue
invoice copies in there. One was dated back to the 7th of Jan. [crossed
out: "This was"] To my knowledge, these copies were counted as NNCF's
and turned in as stats. This is a false stat report per the definition
of NNCF as giving in HCOPL 28 Oct 80R _Public Div Stats_
