Done: I blew the course room to make a phone call.
Time: On a Sunday morning.
Place: the course room to Qual
Form: sneaky, hiding, I didn't report where I was going, I just left
Event: My pager went off. I looked around for Stuart and he was in the
back doing a drill. I slipped out the door and into Qual. No one saw
what I was doing in qual. I quickly made the phone call in qual and
reported back to the courseroom.

Place: From the courseroom to the call in office next to the

Form: I was covert and just told Stuart I'd be right back I didn't tell
him where I was going or why.
Event: My pager went off. I looked to see who it was and Q&A's as to how
I'd get out of the class room without Stuart knowing where I was going.
I felt with-holdy and just said to him I'd be right back and went into
the room next to the academy and made the phone call. It was Doris Lam a
realtor who had a question on a loan app I was going to take. She also
had some info to give me. I took the data and made another phone call to
the applicant.

Form: I knew it was against policy and violated it anyway. I disregarded
the out-ethics of what I was doing.
Event: My pager went off. I went to Stuart and told him I had a quick
phone call to make and justified it by saying it would only take a
second and I'd be right back. I went to Qual and made the phone call and
told the person I'd have to call them back at 1:00. Then I went back to
the courseroom.

actually was going to return a call that was on my pager.

Form: I outright lied. I blew course. I violated policy.
Event: I saw my pager go off. I thought to myself I'd tell Stuart I was
going to the bathroom then went and told him that. I went back to my
pager to memorize the number. I walked out to reception and stopped at
the front desk. I saw no one was around and went into the reg office
next to Gene's and made the phone call then went back to the courseroom.
