I went to Lisa to get her computerized report form. She told me she'd
have it in 15 minutes - I told her that I needed it now because the guy
was here for the mail pack. *

She rather rudely said she couldn't have it ready. These reports are due
by noon on Friday. This annoys me that she was rude and that I had to go
looking for this report!
