o first meeting Lisa in March or April of 1995.
o the fact that Lisa's financial records are located in her Treasury Account
Folder.
o Alain Kartuzinski being Lisa's Case Supervisor.
o being told by Alain Kartuzinski that Lisa was under watch at the Ft. Harrison
Hotel and was being prepared for "Introspection Rundown".
o being present while Brian Anderson via the telephone spoke to Dr. Janis
Johnson and Dr. Minkoff who were at HCA on 12-5-95 at 2200 hrs.
o seeing Heather Petzold's missing reports which stated "Lisa was pale, weak
and sleeping more".
o the fact that Rita Boykin gave Lisa at least three injections and Janis Johnson
gave her at least one.
o the fact the Lisa was not free to leave.
