o Lisa attempting to break out a window.
o Lisa's room being kept dark.
o Lisa being visited by Janis Johnson.
o sitting on top of Lisa to keep her calm.
o the fact that Lisa did not eat or drink during her watch.
o observing bruises on Lisa's legs, arms, and hands.
o writing reports directed to Alain Kartuzinski.
o that in her opinion Janis Johnson was in charge of Lisa's medical condition.
