EXECUTIVE COURT OF ETHICS
FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Lisa Skonetski, Public Contact Secretary

[The remainder of this document has been paraphrased, rather than transcribed.]

This document summarizes the findings of an Executive Court of Ethics. It was held August 22, 1988, to consider two charges against Lisa Skonetski of the Scientology crimes of Non-Compliance and Refusal to Uphold Discipline. During the month of August alone, 6 No Report reports and 11 Non-Compliance reports were filed against Lisa.

Lisa pled guilty on both counts.

The findings state that Lisa was dramatizing case on post, causing stats to crash in the areas she was responsible for.

The court recommended that Lisa receive no training or processing for 10 weeks, except for hatting materials. However, if Lisa was able to "bring[s] herself to cause over these case manifestations" (presumably by getting her stats back up?), the 10 week period would be shortened to 10 days. HCO PL 24 June 1979, "Crime Additions," was cited in regard to bringing herself to cause.

The findings are authored by Michael Laws, Garrison HES, and approved by Carol Lee South. Issue authority is granted by the DH/LRH Communicator, Celebrity Centre Dallas.
