Lisa did talk to Gene last night. They had a very good comm cycle and
Lisa sees her responsibility in this sit not. She has Gene's full
agreement that they will work toward her coming on full time and his
agreement to flow on the finances. She feels at cause on this now and
not going the effect of it.
