Lisa has not attended study for (at least) four weeks. W/E 3 Dec 87 she
had 1 hour. Before that there were several weeks of no study.

She is not making it go right to get fully hatted which is not OK. The
future of the Division depends on her getting fully hatted and
functioning well on the post.

This should be investigated.
