There appears to be some sort of an ethics situation or "altered priority" with the Skonetski's as regarding handling their finances for getting Lisa on staff. I don't even know if they realize it as a situation.

For at least the last 6 months Lisa and Gene have both been stating that they want Lisa to come on ful time staff. Lisa has adamently expressed this as her intention and she has stated that she wanted to get a wog job that provided her with enough money so that she could pay back her debts quickly and get on full time staff.

Please see the attached despatch from the WISE Consultant that did some consultation with the company that Lisa is working with.

It appears that Lisa and Gene are indulging in buying items and luxuries, the money of which if applied to debts would help reduce those debts. I know of the following: Lisa bought Gene one of the new standard Tech Cassette decks for his birthday - about $700. They bought a new VCR for their home. Gene was on the phone one day during post time when I entered his office and was ordering a $2-300 radio from some discount place.

Lisa has originated to me that she wants to buy her NED as a paying PC. This will not happen as a staff member is entiteled to his auditing and training if he is upstat, and I will not have a staff member go into debt to handle paying their own bridge. If they have money sitting in their bank account and want to buy pro auditing - that is different.

Per WISE Int, a staff member can not work for a WISE company unless that staff member is working on a project prepare to get on full time staff. Lisa could not continue to work for Doctor Craig unless this were handled.

I suggest that this be handled by the PES sitting down with Lisa and working out a specific project prepair and FP with Lisa to get her debts handled or reduced to the point that they could be managed by Lisa and Gene on full time staff. The PES would be interested in this as this would giving him
a good full time staff member which he very much could use.
