I have not complied with recent TMO Battleplans. Any application of a
condition in my area has strictly been haphazardly.

I am in affluence, no idea what to do _REALLY_ to keep it going. I just
am not getting conditions.

I have originated this for at least 2 years to no avail. I have only
_ever_ felt good about applying lower conditions.

I do not feel if I wrote a BP it would be complied with.
