(1) I did not tell the PES that Susan was "grooved in well." [words crossed out] I told him I did the hat turnover at her office. Susan was familiar however with the 6A functions to some degree as she'd been on post and producing as Dir Intro Services for approximately 4 mos.

(2) Steve Trower did agree to hold the weekend functions until which time someone else could be recruited. I explained that he had a perfect opportunity to recruit someone - a new public for the post (which would be an ideal spot for a new staff to begin). The HAS also concurred on this point. This would totally eliminate him having to be on weekends. It is the solution.

(3) As far as no one "working on the weekend replacement" see #2 - the solution is put new recruits on that post expediting - the HAS was in total agreement on this before I left.

(4) As far as Susan having uncertainty on doing evals - [words crossed out] she'd never done them before. More time could have been spent on this hatting action.
