The 1-800 unit called me this aft. complainign justly that we haven't called & gotten names as [illegible] in 3 days.

I personally told her last nite or Sunday, I don't recall which day, to call these folks as that day they called me twice.

This is Dev-T & she's not wearing her hat.

Today I had James Townsend call them & get the names & there were book orders in the bunch.

We're cutting our own throats by not keepign this line in in my opinion.
