***COMMENDATION***

The above Flag OT Committee members are hereby commended
for their outstanding production and continued support of Flag
and its expansion.

Since March of this year, the Flag OT Committee has
gotten over 1,280 public onto services. This surpasses
the number of public gotten onto service last year at this
same time.

Stellar products have been gotten as the result of
metered Qual Consultant interviews which have been done at the
Tampa Org, with the purpose of helping their public get back
on The Bridge. This action contributed to the expansion of
Tampa Org which is reflected in the Bodies in the Shop hitting
5 highest evers as well, the org has been in the top 10 in the
Quarterly Birthday Game standings for several weeks.

The Flag OT Committee continues to assist other OT
Committees throughout the world in their establishment and
expansion. Numerous OT Committees have received the Flag OT
Committee hat write-up which contains their successful, on
policy actions, including the well known Field Activation
Project.

Your continued actions and contributions in the expansion of
Scientology and the FSO are greatly appreciated.
