I, James Woeltzen, of 4845 Swiss Ave., Dallas, Tx., hereby state and
depose the following:

That Lisa Boss of Dallas, Texas [crossed out "gave"] personally told me
the following data [crossed out "during"] in the month of May, 1982.

That Don Boss has a criminal [crossed out "record"] history of armed
robbery.

That he had a [crossed out "brother or"] cousin take the rap for him for
another crime he committed and since they looked alike his [crossed out
"brother or"] cousin is now serving
