I can certainly understand the upset I've created. I never once have
shown Julia any reference to help her out. Instead I've just hit her
with my charge and expected her to "know" why I was being antago. I
expected her to be able to observe the obvious - an incorrect assumption
on my behalf. I'd like to apologize for my lack of just plain courtesy
to a team member.

I have an instruct to go to Julia regarding this, I hope it helps.
