Haydee Cezare, W/F, DOB 7/XX/38

Background: Born in Argentina and joined the Church of Scientology in Argentina in 1986. Currently works as staff for Flag Land Base in Clearwater and lives at Hacienda Gardens.

Relationship To Lisa McPherson: On 11/24/95, Haydee was asked to do a watch of Lisa McPherson by Olivia Jaillot in Room 174 at the Fort Harrison Hotel. During Haydee's watch, Dr. Janis Johnson was also there. Laura Arrunada arrived and gave protein drinks to Lisa. During Haydee's watch, Lisa appeared to be very tired and slept for approximately two hours. During the rest of the watch, Lisa was continually talking and rambling and tried unsuccessfully to leave the room several times.

Haydee wrote a report for each of the two watches and indicated that she had no problem with us obtaining and reading the reports. However, these reports have not been turned over to CPD by the Church. At the end of Haydee's watch, she was relieved by Kenia Smyth.

The interview with Haydee Cezare was transcribed by a Court Reporter. Please see transcript for further details.

Marcus Quirino, W/M, DOB 11/XX/6

Background: Joined the Church of Scientology because his parents were Scientologists. He came to Clearwater from England in 1979 and performed clerical work for the Church. He has been a Staff Section Officer, Tech Page, Deputy Chief Officer of Flag Land Base, and also Director of Processing. According to Marcus, the Church is partially computerized.

Relationship To Lisa McPherson: We questioned him regarding a public member being taken to the Church and he indicated that Brian Anderson was handling most of the Lisa McPherson investigation. He was told to write a summary of what happened to Lisa after talking to all of the witnesses on the night Lisa died. A big meeting of all the Church officials was held on 12/5/95 at approximately 2230 hours. He remembered that Brian Anderson was on the phone with either Janis Johnson or Dr. Minkoff at the time. Marcus indicated that he has not seen the account folders or auditing folders on Lisa, but that Paul Kellerhals or Brian Anderson had them.
