                               WITNESS CAN TESTIFY TO

            o  contacting the registration desk the day after Lisa's arrival and informing them
               that Lisa was not to be disturbed.
            o  viewing Lisa's PC folder the night of Lisa's death and trying to determine what
               happened to Lisa.
            o  observing caretaker reports in Lisa's PC folder on December 5, 1995.
            o  arranging isolation for the staff that took care of Lisa immediately after Lisa's
               death.
            o  conversing with Janis Johnson on December 5,1995, sometime between
               3:45pm and 4:00pm, Johnson looked concerned, distraught, worried, a bit
               white, and had a strange look on her face.
            o  Johnson making the following statements on December 5,1995 at 3:45pm

                 1  "I'm worried about Lisa".
                 2. "She's doing worse".
                 3. "She's not doing well".
                 4. "I'm going to take her to the Hospital".
                 5. "Lisa had gotten dehydrated and was losing water".
