WITNESS CAN TESTIFY TO

o working as a security guard trainee during the Lisa McPherson watch.
o having to "guide" Lisa back into her room after she attempted to leave.
o not seeing Lisa eat or drink anything except protein drinks.
o being taken off the watch approximately 5 days before Lisa died.
o witnessing David Houghton giving Lisa medicine through a turkey baster type
instrument.
o writing at least three reports concerning Lisa's watch.
o being advised by Arthur Baxter to "guide" Lisa back into her room if she tried
to leave.
o that on at least two occasions Lisa exited her room and had to be "guided"
back into room.
o Seeing Lisa standing by the open doorway. When he approached Lisa, she
tried to kick him in the scrotum and do a two finger eye gouge on him.
o the fact that Janis Johnson was present when Lisa walked out the door.
o the fact that he would not allow Lisa to leave the room without the permission
of either Paul Kellerhals or Arthur Baxter.
o Lisa not being able to take care of herself.
