o being in Gainesville, Florida from 11-28-95 to 12-11-95 for a dental licensing
examination.
o giving Lisa aspirin and benadryl to help her sleep on at least three different
occasions. He gave the medicines using a turkey baster type instrument.
o the fact that Lisa was not voluntarily taking any food or fluids.
o observing bruises on Lisa on 11-27-95.
o overhearing a telephone conversation between Janis Johnson and Dr. David
Minkoff.
o discussing Lisa's medical condition with Dr. Minkoff.
o obtaining a prescription for liquid valium from Dr. Minkoff.
picking up the valium from Eckerd Drug Store.
o Alain Kartuzinski being in charge of the watch.
o Janis Johnson being in charge of Lisa's medical condition and treatment.
o being given the money for the valium by Alain Kartuzinski.
