o the fact that Janis Johnson was the staff medical liaison officer in Nov. 95.
o the fact that Janis Johnson was demoted after Lisa died.
o being at Morton Plant Hospital with Lisa on Nov. 18, 1995.
o being with Alain Kartuzinski when Lisa was taken from Morton Plant Hospital
to the Ft. Harrison Hotel on 11-18-95.
o the fact that Lisa appeared physically fit on 11-18-95.
o attending a meeting on 11-25-95 in the office of Alain Kartuzinski with Dr.
David Houghton in which the care of Lisa was discussed.
o Alain Kartuzinski being in charge of the watch.
o the fact that Lisa could not leave the room without Alain Kartuzinski's
permission.
o assisting Dr. Houghton, Lacey Spencer, and Heather Petzold in holding down
Lisa to take her temperature.
o security guards being posted outside Lisa's room..
