              o being asked by his senior A.J. Sprecher to assist in transporting Lisa to HCA.
              o being notified by A.J. Sprecher at approximately 2000 hrs. that he was to
                assist with Lisa.
              o meeting with the security guards at the Cabanas on 12-5-95.
              o seeing Laura Arrunada in Lisa's room when he arrived.
              o observing Lisa's condition when he arrived at the room. Continue

         o observing that Lisa was lying on the bed on her back, clothed, eyes fixed and
           non-responsive.
         o observing that Lisa's breathing was loud and she was not moving.
         o observing that Lisa's body was limp.
         o using Janis Johnson's van to take Lisa to HCA hospital in New Port Richey.
         o observing that Lisa made no movements during the trip to HCA.
         o observing that half way to HCA Lisa's breathing changed from loud to quiet.
         o being asked by security to author a report concerning Lisa.
         o seeing various "marks" on Lisa's hands during her transport.
