Res Investigation Into the Death of Lisa McPherson

Dear Mr. McGarry:

Enclosed is the list of employees working at AMC Publishinge Inc.
for the calendar year 1995. Although I am not aware of any law or
authority which would require us to prepare such at list, we did so in
the spirit of cooperation. There are two things you should know about
this list, however. First, there are a number of employees for whom
we may not have a correct address or phone number. We are giving you
he information that we had available in 1995.

Secondly, the address for Lisa McPherson was the one her mother
wanted to have her W-2 form sent to and as a result that is the
address we supplied you.
