ENFORCEMENT.

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED TO SUBPOENA: CUSTODIAN OF RECORDS, THE
CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY, 210 SOUTH FT. HARRISON AVENUE# CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA 34616

to be and appear before (the Court)(the State Attorney), at CRIMINAL
JUSTICE CENTER, 14250 49TH STREET N., ROOM B200, CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, 34618, ON FRIDAY, MARCH 7, 1997 AT 4:00 P.M.

to testify in the above-styled cause and to bring the following
described items, to wit:
FURNISH COPY OF ANY AND ALL WRITTEN STATEMENTS PROVIDED TO THE CHURCH
OF SCIENTOLOGY BY JANIS JOHNSON DURING THE PERIOD OF NOVEMBER 18,
1995 THROUGH JANUARY 1, 1996.

APPROPRIATE ATTIRE REQUIRED

NOTE: You are subpoenaed to appear by BERNIE McCABE, STATE ATTORNEY,
and unless excused from this subpoena by this attorney or the Court, you
shall respond to this subpoena as directed. If you fail to appear, you
may be held in contempt of Court.
