On 04/04/96, In response to a subpoena, I received a copy of
Lisa McPherson's medical records from Morton Plant Hospital,
via the State's Attorney Office. A copy will be placed in the
case file, the original will be forwarded to CPD records.

Also on this date, a contact letter was sent to Victor
Chateauveri, one of the driver's involved in the motor
vehicle accident at Belleview Bv. and Ft. Harrison Av.

Investigation continues. Case status remains active.
